June, 1965	Soviet Government Resolution about Mogilev Synthetic Fibre Plant construction.
September, 1965	Commencement of Mogilev Synthetic Fibre Plant construction.
5 November, 1968	Manufacture of the fibre “Lavsan” (at a pilot plant) – the first polyester fibre produced in the USSR. This fibre name includes the initial letters of the Russian name of the organization which was the first developer of the Soviet polyester fibre: the laboratory of high-molecular compounds of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
6 November, 1968	Startup of the pilot plant and other 15 production objects of the Synthetic Fibre Plant.
31 December, 1969	Startup of the first DMT line at commercial load.
21 April, 1970	Manufacture of the first polymer at the Polymerization Plant.
At the same time a great number of community facilities were under construction: new dwelling houses, infant schools, secondary schools, educational buildings of Mogilev Technological Institute, now the Belarusian State Foodstuffs University, the chemical-engineering technical college, sports and cultural centres, pioneer camps, etc.
28 December, 1970	Production of the first lot of cord at the Cord and Silk Plant.
29 December, 1971	Completion of the construction of the Synthetic Fibre Plant start up complex with a capacity of 50 000 t/y.
19 April, 1973	Mogilev Synthetic Fibre Plant was named after V.I. Lenin.
April, 1975	Startup of the Spare Parts Plant.
25 October, 1976	Production of a millionth tonne of the synthetic fibre and yarn.
6 June, 1977	Production of the first tonne of fibre at No.3 Synthetic Fibre Plant.
March, 1982	Establishment of the Organic Synthesis Factory (on the basis of the DMT plants).
31 December, 1983	Manufacture of the first polyethylene terephthalate at the Organic Synthesis Factory.
November, 1989	Establishment of the Polyester Yarn Factory on the basis of No.2 Synthetic Complex Yarn Plant.
August, 1994	Establishment of the Machinery and Repair Factory on the basis of the Spare Parts Plant and maintenance shops.
1 September, 1997	Establishment of the Synthetic Fibre Factory on the basis of the three Synthetic Fibre Plants.
14 July, 1998	Turnout of a millionth tonne of PET.
23 January, 2001	The Quality System was certified as conforming to the International Standard ISO 9001
10 December, 2001	Presentation of the Certificate of Honour of the Standardization, Metrology and Certification Committee under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for a high quality of the output goods.
14 December, 2001	RUE “«МPA “Khimvolokno” became the winner of the competition «Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus at the Russian Federation Markets” 2001
7 February, 2003	Establishment of ОАО «Моgilevkhimvolokno”.

16 December, 2005	Manufacture of the first polyester fabric for roofing materials.
8 June, 2006	Issue of the Certificate of the Quality Management System Conformity to ISO 9001:2000.
July, 2006	Mastering of high-modulus high-tenacity industrial yarn production (at the Polyester Yarn Factory).
September, 2006	Organization of the Construction and Repair Division.
October, 2006	Mastering of the bicomponent fibre production (at the Synthetic Fibre Factory).
August, 2007	Startup of the Strapping Band Plant.
September, 2007	Startup of the Polyester Material Plant.
31 December, 2007	Startup of the Pressure Fire Hose Plant.
30 August, 2008	Startup of the first power generating unit of the Energy Technological Complex.
30 September, 2008	Manufacture of HT (high-tenacity) and LS (low - shrinkage) industrial yarns at the Polyester Yarn Factory.
4 November, 2008	Startup of the Continuous Polycondensation Plant with a capacity of 80 000 t/y.
December, 20008	Implementation of the Integrated Management System: - Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2000); - Environmental Management System (ISO 14001: 2004); - Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001: 2007).
1 February, 2009	Startup of the Biodiesel Fuel Line with a capacity of 300 000 t/y.
March, 2009	The Polyester Material Plant became a part of the Synthetic Fibre Factory.
June, 2009	Launching PTA - based CO-PET (bottle grade) production (at the Continuous Polycondensation Plant with a capacity of 80 000 t/y).
July, 2009	Modernization of continuous polycondensation plant with production capacity 80 thous. t/year regarding its change-over to production of bottle grade PET is complete
January, 2010	OAO “Mogilevkhimvolokno” became the winner of the prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in the field of quality.
February, 2010	For high performances OAO “Mogilevkhimvolokno” was chosen as the winner of city competition between industrial enterprises and awarded a challenge banner of honor of Mogilev executive committee.
March, 2010	Production of low flammability fiber, low flammability polymer and peeling resistant fiber was developed at Synthetic Fiber Factory.
March, 2010	Production of new assortment of PET preforms (1 and 1,5 l) was developed at Organic Synthesis Factory.
April, 2010	Completion of modernization of PET production equipment at chemical shop, Organic Synthesis Factory.
November, 2010	Start-up of the line for needle-punched nonwoven material production with a capacity of 5000 tons per year at the Synthetic Fiber Factory. New department has been formed-Polyester web production department.
February, 2011	OAO "Mogilevkhimvolokno" became a winner in the city competition among industrial enterprises for good results of work in 2010 and was awarded an Honorary Challenge Banner of the Mogilev Municipal Executive Committee.
March, 2011	OAO "Mogilevkhimvolokno" was awarded a governmental prize for achievements in the field of quality improvement in 2010.
June, 2011	Start-up of the complete process line for PET wastes recycling at Synthetic Fiber Factory.
September, 2011	Investment project "Doubling and twisting section revamping" was implemented at Polyester Yarn Factory.
